Job Description

As a skilled Microsoft 365 administrator, you will play a pivotal role in driving digital transformation and fostering collaboration through modern cloud tools.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Administer and manage core Microsoft 365 services including SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Teams, and the Power Platform.
  2. Configure and maintain SharePoint Online site collections, document libraries, lists, and user permissions.
  3. Oversee the lifecycle management and governance of Microsoft Teams and M365 Groups.
  4. Administer OneDrive policies for file sharing, synchronization, and retention.
  5. Deploy and support solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages.
  6. Provide Tier 2/3 support to resolve technical issues and respond to end-user inquiries.
  7. Develop user guides, conduct training sessions, and create documentation to drive adoption.
  8. Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and deliver M365-based solutions.
  9. Implement and manage security, compliance, and data loss prevention (DLP) policies.
  10. Manage permissions and access controls across the M365 suite.
  11. Monitor and respond to alerts related to governance, compliance, and data breaches.
  12. Monitor service health, usage, and analytics using the Microsoft 365 Admin Center and PowerShell.
  13. Generate and present reports on platform performance, adoption, and compliance metrics.
  14. Design and implement workflow automation using Power Automate and SharePoint workflows.
  15. Support business process reengineering initiatives using low-code/no-code tools.
  16. Assist users in building and customizing Copilot Agents tailored to their workflows.
  17. Partner with IT security and compliance teams to manage data access, DLP, and responsible AI usage within Copilot.
