Overview
This leadership position will oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 to ensure seamless business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement process improvements to enhance system efficiency and user experience.
- Develop and execute IT projects, integrations, and migrations to meet organizational needs.
- Monitor and analyze information technology systems performance, making data-driven recommendations for process improvements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and develop solutions for IT requirements.
- Resolve complex software application issues related to internal IT applications.
Requirements:
- 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, specifically in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Expertise in Finance & Operation, Microsoft Azure Cloud, Sales & Distribution, Purchase, Inventory, Production, Accounts & Finance Modules.
- Proven track record of leading and managing large-scale IT projects and implementing ERP applications across various technologies.
- Proficiency in MS SQL databases, Microsoft Power BI, and Azure Cloud platforms.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and develop effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
