Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with stakeholders to understand business requirements and drive delivery opportunities in the Indian market.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high satisfaction levels.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM – Customer Experience and Power Platform.
  • Strong domain knowledge in manufacturing and non-financial services.
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering enterprise-grade CRM solutions.
