We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementation projects from planning to delivery.

About the Role:
  • Develop custom plugins, workflows, and CRM extensions using hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CRM / Dynamics CRM 2016 or newer.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement integration solutions using Web Services, REST/ODATA APIs, and Azure Integration Services.
  • Design and develop data models, workflows, and business processes using Dataverse.
  • Maintain and improve existing Dynamics 365 CRM systems, including SQL Server, PowerApps, Power Automate (Flow), and Power BI.
Key Requirements:
  • 8+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / Dynamics CRM 2016 or newer.
  • Proficiency in developing custom plugins, workflows, and CRM extensions.
  • Experience with Web Services, REST/ODATA APIs, and Azure Integration Services.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
