Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Data Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the Human Resource Shared Service Center, this role will be responsible for administering various data management processes in SAP SuccessFactors.

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in data administration, with expertise in entering and analyzing data accurately. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Administer data maintenance processes in SAP SuccessFactors, including updating personal information, job details, and organizational data hierarchies.">
  • Execute process such as hiring, transfer, terminations in SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks.">
  • Perform data quality checks and validations during the staff requisition process, guaranteeing high-quality data integrity.">
  • Create and update organizational data and org data hierarchies in SAP SuccessFactors, including departments, profit centers, functional areas, etc.">
  • Conduct impact analysis and initiate follow-up activities of organizational data changes in downstream systems.">

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of experience in data administration, preferably in an HR-related field.">
  • Deep knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, including its data management capabilities.">
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.">
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.">

  • Good understanding of Job Architecture in SAP SuccessFactors.">
  • Good knowledge of Hire to Retire process.">
