Job Title: Digital Strategy Leader

As a Digital Strategy Leader, you will play a key role in shaping the organization's digital transformation roadmap. Your focus will be on Advanced Service Management (AMS) and Global Command Center (GCC) setup.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive and Govern Enterprise Architecture Strategy: Ensure alignment with business objectives by developing and communicating a comprehensive enterprise architecture strategy.
  • Business Architecture Strategy: Develop and communicate a Business Architecture strategy that aligns with IT strategy and supports business objectives.
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to understand their goals and ensure alignment with IT strategy.
  • Technology Evaluation and Selection: Evaluate and select technology platforms/solutions that align with enterprise architecture strategy.

Requirements

  • Deep Expertise: Deep expertise in frameworks for Next Gen, AI-based GCC and AMS.
  • Fair Cross-Domain Knowledge: Fair cross-domain knowledge and core functions like HR, Supply Chain, Procurement.
  • Domain Understanding: In-depth domain understanding in one of the domains such as Energy, Manufacturing, Logistics, Healthcare, Retail, BFS.
  • Data Analysis Tools: Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferrable Qualifications include experience in any EAM Tool and EA certifications (e.g., TOGAF).
