Senior Manager Transition - Job Description

The Senior Manager Transition plays a pivotal role in driving business transformation by developing and implementing strategic roadmaps, delivering key projects, and streamlining processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define Transformation Roadmap: Develop a strategy and roadmap for the team, including process re-engineering, automation, digital solutions, and transition offshoring practice.
  • Resource Capacity Planning: Effectively forecast, plan, and prioritize based on the roadmap and assess impact.
  • Change Management Strategies: Ensure smooth transitions and adoption of new processes by all stakeholders.
  • Governance and Risk Management: Implement internal and external governance strategies, risks, issues, communication, compliance, controllership, knowledge management, people, and reporting to ensure a zero-surprise environment throughout the project cycle.
  • Process Improvement and Project Management: Analyze and expose ambiguous, complex issues or non-standard issues, identify risks, root causes, and propose future actions, tracking through to resolution.
  • Productivity and Process Analysis: Identify innovations and/or automation opportunities, support users in developing automation solutions to deliver process improvements and eliminate manual processes.
  • Market Research and Digital Strategy: Keep relevant and up-to-date solutions and drive the digital strategy and process transformation initiatives.
  • Collaboration and Leadership: Provide leadership across operations organizations to implement and mature agile ways of working.
