As a seasoned technology architect, you will lead digital transformation initiatives for our clients in the travel and hospitality industry. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to design future-ready architecture, foster operational excellence, and enable personalized experiences through advanced platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop transformation roadmaps aligned with client business goals
  • Architect solutions for travel commerce platforms, focusing on order management lifecycle, personalization, and revenue optimization
  • Engage with executive-level stakeholders to shape technology strategy and align architecture with business priorities
  • Partner with leaders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure transformation effectiveness
  • Drive adoption of technology architecture best practices, frameworks, and standards

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated success in influencing senior stakeholders and driving consensus in complex environments
  • Cross-industry exposure is preferred, but expertise in travel and hospitality is essential

Our Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks and be able to leverage this expertise to drive business value. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Additional qualifications include 15+ years of experience in technology architecture, a strong consulting background, and minimum 5 years of leadership experience guiding large-scale transformation programs. Deep domain expertise in travel and hospitality, including GDS integration, ancillary services, order management, and revenue systems, is also required.

A strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, etc.) and excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills will be highly valued.
