We are seeking an experienced and client-focused Salesforce Experience Cloud Architect to lead end-to-end architecture and solution design for high-impact digital experience platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in integrating payment systems (ACH, Apple Pay), and a strong understanding of Experience Cloud architecture, best practices, and multi-cloud strategies. Experience with OmniStudio (Vlocity) and other Salesforce Clouds such as Sales, Service, or Marketing Cloud is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the architecture and technical design of Salesforce Experience Cloud portals, ensuring alignment with business objectives and Salesforce best practices.
  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact with the client, providing architectural guidance, solution recommendations, and thought leadership.
  • Design and implement integrations with payment systems, including ACH and Apple Pay, with a focus on compliance, encryption, and seamless user experience.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and developers to translate functional requirements into scalable technical solutions.

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to work well under pressure. You should also be able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience:
  • 8-10 years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Experience Cloud (Community Cloud) architecture and implementation.
  • Proven experience in integrating payment gateways, specifically ACH and Apple Pay, within Salesforce platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform components: Apex, LWC, Flows, REST/SOAP APIs, data modeling.
