Job Title: Manager - Tax Technology & Data

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Manager to drive our tax transformation agenda by developing and executing tax technology and data strategies.

This role will focus on leveraging digital tools and data to enhance tax compliance, reporting, and planning, while ensuring alignment with broader finance transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute tax technology and data strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Leverage digital tools and data to enhance tax compliance, reporting, and planning.
  • Ensure alignment with broader finance transformation initiatives.
  • Lead the implementation of tax data models, automation tools, and digital solutions to support compliance, reporting, and planning across European markets.
  • Ensure tax data integrity and audit readiness in line with European regulatory requirements.
  • Closely collaborate with European tax, finance, and IT teams to embed tax requirements into broader digital transformation programs.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and analytics to provide insights into tax positions and risks.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience in tax compliance, transformation, or data analytics within a multinational environment.
  • Strong understanding of European tax compliance and reporting requirements (direct and indirect taxes).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Power BI, SQL, and ERP systems.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and deliver results.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
