Digital Transformation Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Digital Transformation Leader to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading multiple and small/large scale digital marketing implementation and transformation projects across several geographies (APAC, EMEA, AMER) using Agile methodologies.
You will lead a large Digital transformation engagement with multiple partners and complex matrix customer organization or a Industry vertical with 20-40 customer engagements. Your experience in executing and leading multi-stage projects that direct efficient use of resources, and improved cost management through business transformation & technology is essential.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Knowledge and understanding of Digital Marketing technologies/platforms, toolsets and trends is required
- Knowledge of Adobe Marketing Cloud namely Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Social, Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Media Optimizer, Adobe Campaign, Audience Manager and Primetime is a plus
- 5+ Years experience in US preferably in a client partner or a Delivery Manager Role
- At-least 5 years experience in managing a P&L and responsible for Employee Engagement and customer success
