As a Digital Transformation Leader, you will play a key role in driving change and innovation within our organization. We are seeking an experienced professional with strong change management skills and excellent communication abilities to lead the digital transformation journey.

The Role

We require someone with 4+ years of overall experience, preferably in IT process improvement with Quality Management Systems (QMS) activities. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in digitalizing IT processes and simplification, as well as strong change management skills and excellent communication abilities.

  • Risk Management Expert to elevate IT Risk Management, Drive Efficiency, and Shape Future IT Processes

  • Leadership Skills to Lead OCM Strategy for Seamless Communication and Business Alignment
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Strong understanding of business for digitalization and strategic thinking
  • Good exposure in global stakeholder management and ability to communicate effectively
  • Knowledge of the latest Artificial Intelligence trends and AI governance
  • Proven experience in risk management, third-party risk management, and quality assurance
  • A degree from a reputable university and certifications (good to have)
