
Regional Business Developer

The role of an Area Manager is pivotal in driving business growth and expansion. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for identifying and nurturing strategic distributor/dealer relationships within the North India region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish new distributor/dealer connections in the territories of Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, and Uttar Pradesh.
- Collaborate closely with department heads to appoint new distributors/dealers and maintain regular communication via phone calls, letters, or visits to address their concerns and issues.
- Address all complaints and suggestions received from distributors/dealers/customers by forwarding them to the office.
- Conduct thorough market research to comprehend market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges.
- Embark on extensive travel to the designated territory or as required by the department head to provide dealership support.
- Offer ongoing support to dealers to ensure satisfaction and identify potential up-selling opportunities.
- Presentation of daily reports of activities and sales to the department head.
Requirements:
- At least 8 years of experience in sales/dealership of paints/hardware/waterproofing products.
- Strong business acumen and analytical mindset.
- Proven track record in managing channel partners.
- Excellent team player and communicator, able to manage and motivate.
- Analytical skills to minimize exposure to technical risk on contracts.
