Database Management Expertise

We seek an experienced Database Management Professional to fill a key position within our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, test, and deploy SQL scripts, packages, procedures, functions, and triggers in an Oracle database environment.
  • Optimize and tune complex SQL queries to enhance performance and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with application developers to design, implement, and maintain robust database solutions.
  • Analyze and resolve database-related issues, including data discrepancies and performance bottlenecks.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices for database development.
  • Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into efficient database solutions.
  • Design and implement database structures that meet application needs and business requirements.
  • Document database procedures, structures, and processes.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience working with Oracle SQL and PL/SQL in a development environment.
  • Strong understanding of relational database concepts and advanced SQL skills.
  • Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries and optimizing them for high-performance execution.
  • Experience with PL/SQL programming, including the creation of stored procedures, functions, triggers, and packages.
  • Familiarity with database design principles and data modeling techniques.
  • Knowledge of performance tuning techniques and tools for Oracle databases.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to work effectively as part of a team and communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
