We offer a competitive salary of approximately ₹3,50,000 - ₹5,00,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
Job Description:- The successful candidate will report directly to the Head of Marketing/Head of Admissions and be responsible for handling queries related to admissions.
- As an Admission Counselor, you will interact with parents and students to provide pre- and post-admission support, ensuring a seamless experience for all stakeholders.
- You will work collaboratively with other admission counselors and tele-callers to review the interests of aspirants and facilitate their admission into the university.
- An essential part of your role will be to manage leads obtained from various social media, direct, and indirect marketing activities.
- In addition, you will be responsible for answering phone calls, providing relevant information to students and parents, and updating accurate data on CRM/ERP portals.
- A graduate or postgraduate degree in any discipline is required.
- Prior experience in handling customer relations, preferably in a higher educational organization, is highly desirable.
- You should possess excellent language skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi, as well as experience working on Excel and CRM software.
- A go-getter attitude, result-oriented approach, and proactive behavior are essential qualities for this role.
