Job Title: Associate - Campaign Management

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Associate - Campaign Manager to support our digital media campaigns and drive measurable growth.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day campaign operations, analysing account and industry-level data, optimizing campaign performance, and identifying revenue opportunities.

You will collaborate closely with internal teams to strategize solutions, troubleshoot technical issues, and maximize ROI for clients.

The ideal candidate is a proactive team player with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in Excel and data analysis, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand your client group, peer set and the industry.
  • Develop an understanding of products and tools, and gather and analyse data of an account, campaign and industry level.
  • Manage and monitor account growth through implementing campaign solutions.
  • Optimize buying and identify pockets of maximum opportunity.
  • Constant communication & coordination internally within teams.
  • Strategize and ideate with multiple internal teams to identify new revenue opportunities and increase revenue streams from existing publishers.
  • Maintain and operate day-to-day campaign spend. Identify and execute optimization recommendations to increase campaign ROI.
  • Assist with campaign technical implementation and support troubleshooting.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 0-1 year of experience in campaign/account manager roles, with experience in data.
  • Knowledge of digital media systems and tools.
  • Fluent use of data to drive thought and communication.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, excel is a must and other is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communicator.
  • Forward / innovative thinker with ability to design / deliver within current capability, process, technology.
  • Collaborative team-player yet comfortable with independence.
  • Can multi-task, prioritize, and balance time across clients, multiple partner relationships and internal initiatives daily while maintaining a profound attention to detail.
