Digital Advertising Campaign Manager

We are seeking a skilled Performance Marketing Specialist to manage our daily Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of hands-on experience running and optimizing campaigns in Facebook Ads Manager, with a strong understanding of ad creatives, audiences, and placements.
- Manage day-to-day operations of Meta Ads campaigns (setup, monitoring, scaling, and optimization).
- Create and test ad creatives, audiences, and placements for optimal campaign performance.
- Track and analyze campaign metrics, providing actionable insights for campaign improvement.
- Collaborate with the team on ad copy, creatives, and landing pages to ensure seamless campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute campaign strategies to drive ROI.
- Stay up-to-date with Meta Ads best practices, trends, and policy changes.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of proven experience in Meta Ads campaign execution.
- Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and Business Manager.
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret campaign data.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
