Business Finance Leadership Role

Our organization is seeking an experienced Business Finance Manager to join our team. In this leadership role, you will oversee the financial planning process, including budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and enforcing financial plans, forecasts, and budgets in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Analyzing financial data, trends, and performance metrics to provide actionable insights to senior management.
  • Collaborating with department heads to create departmental budgets and ensuring alignment with overall organizational objectives.
  • Evaluating financial performance against budget and providing variance analysis.
  • Overseeing internal controls and processes to safeguard company assets and ensure accuracy of financial data.
  • Preparing and presenting accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and analyses to stakeholders, including management, board of directors, and external parties.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • CA qualification is mandatory.
  • Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop a team.
  • Understanding of US GAAP and Indian GAAP, including IndAS accounting standards.
  • Strategic thinking and business acumen.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage competing priorities effectively.

Desirable Skills:

  • Knowledge of direct and indirect taxes.
  • Experience in cash flow and working capital management.
  • Effective implementation of processes.
  • Experience in managing Big 4 auditors.
  • Experience in implementation of ERP.
