Job Opportunity:

This role offers a unique chance to shape the future of our Demand and Forecasting product engine. As a key member of the team, you will define the product roadmap, manage the product lifecycle, and represent our forecasting capabilities both internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the strategic direction of our forecasting capabilities, collaborating closely with product leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch and ongoing maintenance, aligning it with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Work effectively with development, implementation, training, sales, and support teams to ensure product success.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and customer requirements.
  • Develop and communicate compelling product positioning and messaging.
  • Collaborate in an agile environment, working with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience and 3+ years of Product Management and/or Supply Chain Software Implementation expertise.
  • Experience building or leveraging forecasting models and/or utilizing data platforms for forecasting applications.
  • In-depth knowledge of Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodology.
  • Working knowledge of product development architecture.
  • Working knowledge of data modeling and SQL.
  • Excellent knowledge of user-centered design principles.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Project planning and management expertise.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Able to communicate effectively with colleagues.

  • Ability to technically lead the product team.

We target the rapidly growing segment of the supply chain management industry: small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs). This focus has become increasingly important due to the supply chain disruptions caused by COVID-19. SMBs now have access to technological advancements previously exclusive to large enterprise companies like Walmart, Amazon, Lowe's, and Home Depot.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and deploying the next-generation platform tightly integrated with Amazon AWS services such as EMR, Athena, Glue, and Spark. You will develop a highly advanced, AI-driven demand planning engine to help our clients serve industries that manage perishable items, including food manufacturing, restaurants, grocery stores, pharmaceuticals, and more.
