Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned Demand Planning Product Owner to lead our product team in shaping the future of demand and forecasting.

  • Drive strategic direction by collaborating with cross-functional teams to define the product roadmap, manage the product lifecycle, and represent our forecasting capabilities internally and externally.
  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and ongoing maintenance, aligning it with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Work effectively with development, implementation, training, sales, and support teams to ensure product success.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and customer requirements.
  • Develop and communicate compelling product positioning and messaging.
  • Collaborate with agile teams to deliver high-quality products.

  • Mandatory experience building or leveraging forecasting models and/or utilizing data platforms for forecasting applications.
  • Understanding of the science behind demand forecasting.
  • Interest in learning and developing new functional and technical skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodology.
  • Working knowledge of product development architecture.
  • Working knowledge of data modeling and using SQL.
  • Excellent knowledge of user-centered design principles.
  • Excellent oral and written communication.
  • Project planning and management.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to communicate well with co-workers.
  • Experience with Atlassian suite of products a plus.
  • Experience in Supply Chain Planning or Inventory Management for Distributors, Retailers and/or Manufacturers – past management of Demand Planning, Replenishment, S&OP and/or Supply Planning a plus.
