• Profitable: YesJOB DESCRIPTION:As a Demand Planning Product Owner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Demand and Forecasting product engine. You will collaborate with a talented team to define the product roadmap, manage the product lifecycle, and represent our forecasting capabilities both internally and externally.JOB RESPONSIBILITY:What You'll Do:
• Product Strategy: Drive the strategic direction of our forecasting capabilities, working closely with product leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Product Lifecycle & Roadmap Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and ongoing maintenance, aligning it with business objectives and customer needs.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work effectively with development, implementation, training, sales, and support teams to ensure product success.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and customer requirements.
• Product Positioning: Develop and communicate compelling product positioning and messaging.
• Agile Methodology: Work in an agile environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.EXPERIENCE:
• Minimum 5+ yrs of experience and 3+yrs of Product Management and/or Supply Chain Software Implementation experienceDESIRED BEHAVIORS:

• Mandatory to have- Experience building or leveraging forecasting models and/or utilization of data platforms for forecasting applications.
• Experience in understanding the science behind Demand Forecasting
• Interest in learning and developing new functional and technical skills
• In-depth knowledge of Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodology
• Working knowledge of product development architecture
• Working knowledge of data model and using SQL
• Excellent knowledge of user-centered design principles
• Excellent oral and written communication
• Project planning and management
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to communicate well with co-workers
• Experience with Atlassian suite of products a plus
• Experience in Supply Chain Planning or Inventory Management for Distributors, Retailers and/or Manufacturers – past management of Demand Planning, Replenishment, S&OP and/or Supply Planning a plus
