Design and Development Role

We are seeking a talented junior architect to play a key role in the design and development of workplace projects from concept to execution.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Assisting in the preparation of presentation drawings, mood boards, and 3D visualizations to effectively communicate project ideas.
  • Working on detailed working drawings, specifications, and bills of quantities (BOQs) to ensure accurate project delivery.
  • Coordinating with consultants, vendors, and contractors under supervision to streamline project workflows.
  • Supporting site visits, documentation, and project coordination as required to maintain seamless project execution.
  • Conducting research on materials, workplace trends, and best practices to stay updated on industry developments.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
  • Strong design sensibility and interest in workplace interiors.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office.
  • Familiarity with Revit and Enscape/Lumion is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and visualization skills.
  • Ability to take initiative and work in a team-oriented environment.
