The role of Business Technology Leader is to drive the digital transformation of first-fit plants, aftermarket, and supply chain functions. This involves overseeing IT operations, leading plant digitization initiatives, and executing transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee IT management for first-fit plants, aftermarket, and supply chain
  • Lead plant digitization initiatives and execute transformation projects
  • Develop IT strategies, financial planning (budgeting, forecasting), and performance management
  • Drive IT governance, security compliance, and Six Sigma implementation
  • Build and lead high-performing IT teams, including recruitment and development
  • Strengthen business relationships and act as a strategic partner
  • Manage IT supplier relationships and oversee project portfolio management
  • Ensure adherence to IT policies, risk management, and business alignment
