Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Enterprise Architect to join our team.

  • Develop and implement architecture and design strategies for complex digital transformation programmes.
  • Lead the design, build, and operations of large-scale, complex systems.

This role requires a strong understanding of software engineering concepts, SDLC processes, non-functional design, sizing, and capacity planning.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 20+ years' experience in IT industry, with at least 10 years in leadership roles involving enterprise architecture, solution design, engineering.
  • Demonstrated ability in leading E2E architecture for large-scale multi-year, multi-vendor digital transformation programmes.
  • Excellent understanding of software engineering concepts, SDLC processes, non-functional design, sizing, and capacity planning.
  • Experience in dealing with partners, tool and technology vendors as required.
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies such as DevSecOps, Test Automation, Configuration management, SRE, AIOps, Value Stream Management, Intelligent Automation.
  • Knowledgeable about business and technology trends including use of Data and Analytics, Automation and AI in IT and Business transformation.
