Finance and Accounting Professional Role

The Finance and Accounting Executive plays a pivotal role in ensuring the financial stability of our organization.

  • Accurate Invoicing: Collaborate closely with Sales Support and the Sales team to generate precise invoices for customers, fostering strong relationships and maintaining accurate records.
  • Timely Response: Respond promptly to customer queries related to accounts and billing, providing clear and concise information to address their concerns efficiently.
  • Cash Flow Management: Monitor Customer Deposits and Deferred Revenue to ensure optimal cash flow management, minimizing risks and maximizing opportunities.
  • Reconciliation: Reconcile trade debtors, trade creditors, and bank statements in Xero for all bank accounts and credit cards on a monthly basis, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
  • Journal Entries: Assist with month-end closing journal entries and prepare year-end financial statements, providing valuable insights into the organization's financial performance.
  • Contractor Invoices: Verify contractors' invoices and payroll manual journal entries, guaranteeing compliance with established procedures and regulations.
  • Experience and Opportunity: The ideal candidate will possess between 2-7 years of experience and be open to hybrid work arrangements, offering flexibility and work-life balance.
