Our organization is looking for an experienced professional to fill the role of Senior Associate. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and a background in financial services.

The key responsibilities of this position include updating portfolio details for various private equity funds, preparing customized investor reporting templates, analyzing fund performance through quarterly/financial reports, calculating valuation data such as investment cost, realized/unrealized value, and gross/net multiple, tracking operational KPIs and updating them on a quarterly basis, creating/updating fund track records and reconciling data using cash flow notices, calculating fund multiples and IRRs using cash flows, performing attribution and value creation analysis, and reconciling portfolio level operational data including geographical presence, headquarters, and portfolio leverage.

Key requirements for this role include post-graduate qualifications or certifications such as CFA, CA, MBA, CCRA, CIIA, or CAIA, relevant experience in management reporting or operational finance, proficiency in E-front, ilevel, Power BI, Microsoft Access, ability to work hands-on with a strong attention to detail, experience working independently and proactively identifying process enhancements, ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, initiative to learn and take on responsibilities, solutions-focused attitude, knowledge of MS Office with strong skills in MS Word and MS Excel, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
