Accounts Payable Specialist

We are seeking a meticulous and reliable professional to manage vendor payments and ensure financial accuracy across our projects.

This role involves processing vendor invoices related to construction, design, and project services. The successful candidate will verify invoice accuracy against purchase orders, work orders, and contracts, while coordinating with site teams and procurement for invoice approvals and clarifications.

The Accounts Payable Specialist will also ensure timely payments to vendors, consultants, and service providers, maintain and reconcile vendor accounts and aging reports, handle statutory compliance including GST, TDS, and RERA-related documentation, prepare payment schedules, and manage disbursement cycles.

In addition, this role requires supporting internal and external audits with relevant documentation and maintaining accurate records and ensuring adherence to company policies and accounting standards.

Key Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
  • 3–6 years of experience in Accounts Payable, preferably in the real estate or construction sector.
  • Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Tally, Zoho) and MS Excel.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
