As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and maintenance of Transaction Monitoring tools to mitigate financial crime risk.

The ideal candidate will have a Post Graduate degree in Management/Statistics/Mathematics or a Graduate degree in Engineering from a reputable institution. They must possess 15+ years of hands-on experience in Transaction Monitoring, with at least 5 years focused on financial crime threat mitigation tools and platforms.

This role involves managing technical roadmaps and agile methodologies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution, and providing expert-level support for data engineering practices and model integration.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of Data Science, Compliance Advisory, Risk Management, Surveillance (specifically Monitoring), Statistical Modelling/Machine Learning/Data Analysis, and strong coding skills in Python, R, SQL.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of hands-on experience in Transaction Monitoring with at least 5 years focused on financial crime threat mitigation tools and platforms
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Proficiency in agile methodologies, technical roadmaps, and DevOps practices
  • Certification from the Association of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialists or equivalent
