Job Title: Program Manager for Non Profit

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to lead our team in delivering impactful projects that drive transformative change.

About the Role:
  • We are looking for someone with excellent leadership skills, who can effectively oversee diverse projects with specialized teams.
  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of ensuring successful project targets and preparing high-quality activity reports for stakeholders.
  • This role involves forging and maintaining partnerships for collaborative success, as well as traveling within and outside Mumbai for project implementation.
  • You will be responsible for building a volunteer-mentor base and coordinating with volunteers involved in projects, while employing resourcefulness in project design, implementation, and monitoring.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Implementation: Lead the development and implementation of projects across various sectors.
  • Team Management: Oversee a team of professionals to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including partners and volunteers.
  • Monitoring and Evaluation: Conduct regular assessments to ensure projects are meeting their objectives.
Requirements:
  • A Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field, such as business administration, public health, or social sciences.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in non-profit program management, with a proven track record of delivering impactful projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English, Hindi, and/or Marathi, with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply.
