Job Title: Project Delivery Specialist

A talented Project Delivery Specialist is required to oversee the timely delivery of projects and manage teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all deliverables meet agreed-upon service level agreements (SLAs)\
  • Collaborate with approvers to expedite approvals and resolve Purchase Order (PO) related queries\
  • Maintain accurate records of procurement team activities and provide regular reports on demand/input\
  • Process invoices efficiently and work with accounts payable/finance to resolve any discrepancies\
  • Adhere to organizational code of conduct and compliance standards\

  • Proficiency in finance and accounting, with a working knowledge of procure-to-pay domains\
  • End-to-end understanding of the procurement process\
  • Hands-on experience in operating AP workflows across various industries\
  • Understanding of procurement controls and compliance\
