Program Management Role

We are seeking a skilled Program Manager to oversee the delivery of software engineering projects and programs.

The successful candidate will partner with cross-functional teams to ensure understanding of priorities, execution visibility, project delivery, and achievement of targeted outcomes.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and manage program scope, goals, and roadmap.
  • Lead program-level planning and prioritization in collaboration with engineering and product leadership.
  • Collaborate efforts across multiple software development teams and technical team members.
  • Milestone planning and progress tracking.
  • Cross-team understanding, visibility, and transparency throughout the program lifecycle.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field required.

Desirable skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in program or project management in software engineering or related technical field.
  • Experience with software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
  • Project tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
  • Relevant certifications like PMP, SAFe, or equivalent.
