Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned professional with expertise in software delivery and project management. The ideal candidate will have experience in executing project plans, ensuring high-quality delivery, and removing blockers for team members.

About the Role

  • Execute project plans to deliver high-quality software products
  • Ensure successful delivery by adapting team processes and project execution strategies as needed
  • Establish clear expectations with the delivery team, product teams, and stakeholders
  • Maintain visibility into project status and progress using various reports
  • Foster open communication with stakeholders, including unit leads, product teams, and client services teams

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong analytical and logical thinking abilities
  • Able to collaborate with team members to achieve delivery goals
  • Capable of evaluating team members' skills and allocating tasks, roles, and future progression plans accordingly
  • Effective in handling critical situations
  • Able to take decisive actions based on situation demands
  • Experience with at least one software development framework (e.g., .NET, JAVA, PHP, Node, Angular, React, Ruby on Rails)
  • Knowledge of SQL databases and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
  • Experience with project management tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps) and source control systems (GitHub, BitBucket, GitLab)
