Main Responsibilities:

  • To manage all hospital affairs and activities
  • Filing and noting of patients' information accurately
  • Daily collection of bills from patients
  • Overall in-charge of nursing, technical and non-technical staff
  • Counselling attendants on converting OPDs to IPs
  • Duty roster and disciplinary actions for RMOs and other staff
  • To oversee the work of various incharges such as housekeeping, pharmacy, marketing and maintenance
  • Issues related to settlement of patients' bills
  • Coordinating with on-call doctors in case of doctor absence
  • Procurement of materials required for operations
  • Coordination with insurance companies for claim settlements
