Job Description:

The Hospital Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing all hospital operations, ensuring seamless day-to-day functioning and high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • SUPERVISE ALL ACTIVITIES IN THE OPERATING THEATRE AND OTHER DEPARTMENTS
  • OVERSEE ADMINISTRATIVE AND MEDICAL-LEGAL PROCEDURES OF THE HOSPITAL
  • INVESTIGATE PATIENT CARE COMPLAINTS AND REPORT TO THE MANAGING DIRECTOR
  • EXPLORE RESEARCH OPPORTUNITIES AND COORDINATE WITH VARIOUS DEPARTMENTS
  • ENSURE SMOOTH FUNCTIONING BETWEEN MEDICAL SERVICES AND OTHER DEPARTMENTS
  • PREPARE DUTY ROSTERS
  • OPTIMIZE RESOURCE UTILIZATION
  • ENSURE DEPARTMENTAL STANDARDS ARE MET
  • DESIGN AND REDesign PROCEDURES FOR EFFICIENT OPERATION

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • EXPERIENCE IN HOSPITAL MANAGEMENT OR A RELATED FIELD
  • STRONG LEADERSHIP AND SUPERVISORY SKILLS
  • ABILITY TO WORK UNDER PRESSURE
  • EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS
