Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee hospital accreditation processes (NABH, JCI) and ensure compliance.
- Improve patient experience and hospital service delivery models.
- Manage hospital operations, resource allocation, and interdepartmental coordination.
- Drive healthcare quality assurance initiatives and process optimizations.
- Implement data-driven decision-making to enhance hospital efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Masters in Hospital Administration or Healthcare Management.
- 3+ years of experience in hospital operations, accreditation, or patient management.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulatory frameworks.
