We are looking for an energetic Sales Executive with experience in hospitality/hotel sales to join our dynamic team and contribute to our growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new business from corporate clients, travel agencies, and event planners to generate hotel room and banquet sales.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and loyalty.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Conduct sales calls, client visits, and property walkthroughs.
- Negotiate rates, packages, and contracts in line with ASBL's policies.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Represent ASBL at trade shows, networking events, and promotional activities.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for review.
Skills & Competencies
- 1–3 years of proven experience in hotel/hospitality sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and adaptable.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and events.
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree/Diploma in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Tourism, or Business Administration.
- Experience in corporate, banquet, or travel trade sales will be an advantage.
- Good understanding of the local market and hospitality trends.
