Requirements

  • MBA in Marketing
  • High energy and enthusiasm
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development and Relationship Building: Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, build relationships with stakeholders (including clients, vendors, HR Heads, and Admin Heads), and identify new business opportunities.
  • Operational Management: Travel extensively within Hyderabad to manage health check and clinics operations, analyze data, and provide insights to inform business decisions.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives, provide excellent customer service, and support.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to improve business relationships, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Utilize excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships, provide customer service, and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
