Role Overview

We are seeking ambitious individuals to join as
Business Development Trainees
in our Leasing Advisory team. This is a client-facing role that offers an excellent opportunity to kickstart your career in commercial real estate. You will be involved in identifying new business opportunities, engaging with corporate clients, and supporting commercial property transactions. The role provides early-career exposure to
C-level executives, startup founders, and key decision-makers
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify businesses with office space requirements.
  • Support outreach to CXOs, Founders, and Senior Decision-Makers to understand real estate needs.
  • Participate in client meetings, property tours, and presentations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with landlords, developers, and property owners.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, market insights, and transaction documentation.
  • Maintain client records and interactions in the CRM system.
  • Stay updated on market trends, benchmarks, and competitor activities.

Candidate Requirements

  • MBA in Business Analytics, Marketing, Real Estate, or related fields.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong work ethic with self-motivation and a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Passion for real estate and eagerness to learn and grow in the industry.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior sales or business development experience is a plus.
