Unique Wealth Strategies is a leading US based Insurance and Wealth Management company seeking an experienced Portfolio Manager to join our team. We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing and enhancing client relationships, coordinating sales processes, and ensuring exceptional client service. Key responsibilities include:

  • Client Coordination & Relationship Management:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and service requests.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
    • Assist with backend research and prepare client presentations that highlight value propositions.
  • Lead Follow-up & Management:
    • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, following up on leads promptly and efficiently.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into clients and manage their journey.
  • Account Management:
    • Oversee client accounts, ensuring accurate record-keeping and management.
    • Work closely with clients to manage their portfolios and address their financial needs.
  • Wealth Management:
    • Coordinate with internal stakeholders on investments, insurance, and financial planning to optimize client wealth.
    • Stay informed about market trends and provide proactive recommendations to clients.
  • Regulatory Knowledge:
    • Demonstrate a solid understanding of US law, insurance, and taxation relevant to client needs.
    • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies while serving clients.

Qualifications:

  • MBA in finance is mandatory.
  • Proven experience in client management, insurance, and wealth management.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. insurance, law, and taxation.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Skilled in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
