Job Description

Mir Digital Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive financial management professional to support our Corporate Finance team.

The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in finance, with experience in handling high transaction volumes and the ability to work independently in a dynamic corporate environment.

  • Financial Transactions: Verify, process, and reconcile vendor invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Expense Analysis: Analyze and monitor accounts payable transactions to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and distribute regular financial reports, including expense summaries and aging reports.
  • Vendor Management: Maintain and manage relationships with vendors, addressing any payment issues or discrepancies promptly.
  • Data Management: Ensure accuracy of financial data by maintaining and updating the accounts payable ledger.
  • Audit Support: Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and accuracy in accounts payable operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • QuickBooks experience
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and standards
  • Experience with financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial data and make informed decisions.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in managing financial transactions and records.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
