Relationship Manager
Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue business opportunities by researching prospects and analysing sales options, ensuring the company stays ahead in the industry.
- Maintain and develop key client relationships by providing exceptional support, guidance and product knowledge, driving revenue growth through strategic solutions.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors and market activities to identify areas for improvement and new business opportunities, ultimately enhancing the company's market position.
- Provide regular business updates and progress reports to management, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Maintain high-quality service standards by adhering to company policies and procedures, and contributing to a positive work environment.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients, colleagues and industry partners, ensuring a strong network of contacts.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge, staying at the forefront of industry developments.
- Support the team by contributing to achieving business objectives and providing assistance as required.
- Qualification: Graduate.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in a relevant profile, preferably in the automotive sector.
- Language: Fluent in the local language and English.
- Computer Skills: Basic proficiency in computer applications.
- Driving License: Valid car driving license is mandatory.
