Transformation Leadership

Drive business transformation and innovation across stakeholders (internal and external) to align Quality initiatives with strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a Lean Digital Transformation roadmap to solve business problems/opportunities in the Finance & Accounting domain through process re-engineering, automation, and technology solutions.
  • Deliver effective digital projects, RPA bots, AIML projects, and Six Sigma projects in collaboration with cross-functional global leads and client leadership.
  • Provide analytical direction to business analysts throughout the change lifecycle, ensuring alignment and integrity of deliverables with program objectives.
  • Champion standard Global Processes implementation and adoption.
  • Support operational excellence and automation, implement best practices, and drive efficiency and standardization as approved by leads.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Certified Black Belt holder.
  • Experience in driving RPA programs and deploying RPA across platforms.
  • Extensive experience in the F&A domain and leading transformation across all sub-processes like Manual Journals, Fixed Asset, Reconciliation etc.
  • Experience in driving continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma Methodology.
