Transformation Leader

We are seeking an experienced Transformation Leader to spearhead our finance and accounting transformation initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will develop and execute comprehensive transformation roadmaps across various domains.

Digital & Intelligent Automation
  • You will collaborate with our Digital COE and IT departments to integrate automation (RPA), AI/ML, and advanced analytics into our core delivery processes.
  • Evaluate and deploy tools such as UiPath, Power BI, QBO, Sage, and Xero to streamline our operations and enhance efficiency.
Operational Excellence & Process Optimization
  • Champion Lean Six Sigma methodologies to drive quality improvement, reduce cycle time, and increase client satisfaction.
  • Lead cross-functional Kaizen and reengineering initiatives to unlock operational efficiency and reduce the total cost of operations.
Stakeholder & Change Management
  • Oversee transformation governance forums with CXOs, service line leaders, and external clients to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment.
  • Manage organizational change by aligning people, processes, and technology to achieve business objectives.
Program & Performance Management
  • Establish PMO frameworks, dashboards, and performance metrics to track progress, risks, and return on investment.

Mentor and develop internal transformation talent, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability within the organization.

10–15 years of experience in finance and accounting transformation; strong understanding of US accounting standards and small/medium business client dynamics.

Lean Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt) certification preferred.
