Enterprise Transformation Leader

This leadership role involves spearheading comprehensive enterprise-wide transformation strategies to propel the organization into a future-ready state. The successful candidate will drive efficiency, agility, and digital enablement through innovative operating models.

The ideal candidate should possess 10-15 years of experience in Finance & Accounting transformation within BPM/KPO or shared services environments. They will be responsible for developing and executing end-to-end transformation roadmaps across various finance and accounting domains.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Select and implement best-in-class tools and technologies such as UiPath, Power BI, QBO, Sage, and Xero to streamline operations.
  • Create business cases for strategic digital investments and manage benefit realization.
  • Lead structured transformation programs aligned with business goals, client expectations, and growth objectives.
  • Evaluate and deploy advanced automation solutions like RPA, AI/ML, and analytics to drive digital enablement.
  • Champion Lean Six Sigma methodologies to enhance quality, reduce cycle time, and boost client satisfaction.
  • Institutionalize best practices and frameworks for continuous improvement.
  • Manage organizational change by aligning people, processes, and technology.

Competency Skills:

  • A proven track record of delivering large-scale transformation and change programs across global clients.
  • A strong understanding of US accounting standards, CPA practices, and small/medium business client dynamics.
  • The ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders across business, technology, and client teams.
  • Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and strategic problem-solving skills.
  • Exposure to global service delivery models and cross-border client engagements.
  • Deep experience and preferred certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt), RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere), F&A platforms (QuickBooks, Sage, Xero), BI/analytics (Power BI, Tableau), CRM/Engagement (Salesforce, Zoho).
