  • Provide remote and on-site support, ensuring high availability for your portfolio of customers">

Requirements

  • ">
  • 0–2 years of experience in software deployment, technical support, or account management in F&B, POS, or SaaS domains">
  • Strong knowledge of hardware setup and troubleshooting (POS systems, printers, networks)">
  • Excellent communication skills in English and at least one regional Indian language">
  • Ability to train and educate end users across different roles">
  • Strong problem-solving skills, independent thinking, and ability to work under pressure">
  • Highly available and willing to travel locally within the assigned metro city for client visits">
  • Passion for technology, customer success, and delivering great user experiences">
