We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) professional to join our team as a Systems Analyst.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP systems, specifically Workday SCM and Finance. They should be able to design and implement new modules, projects, and enhancements, as well as support application upgrades, maintenance, security, and access.

  • This role involves servicing requests through migration to Production tenants
  • Monitoring ServiceNow queue for urgent requests and ticket assignments
  • Collaborating with clients and change management teams to document business requirements
  • Participating in on-call rotations with team members for critical off-hours issues

To succeed in this position, the successful applicant will need:

  • At least 2 years of experience in creating/modifying reports and dashboards across functional areas
  • Demonstrated ability to translate functional specifications into technical deliverables
  • Knowledge of Workday SCM and Finance experience in an operational or technical support environment
