Job Opportunity: Systems Analyst - AI Integration Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our organization in the role of Systems Analyst - AI Integration Specialist. The ideal candidate will have expertise in gathering requirements, designing screen layouts, and creating testing plans for ERP web and mobile application modules.

This position requires the integration of AI-driven capabilities into ERP modules, necessitating a foundational understanding of AI technologies and experience with large language model (LLM) prompt creation.

The Systems Analyst will collaborate with global teams, specifically with personnel based in the United States, and demonstrate the ability to work effectively during US East Coast business hours.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Gathering requirements from stakeholders to document business needs for ERP web and mobile app modules, including AI integration.
  • Conducting gap analysis to align business needs with technical capabilities.
  • Defining and documenting requirements for AI-driven functionalities within ERP modules.
  • Working with AI specialists to ensure seamless integration of AI features.
  • Leveraging knowledge of LLMs to create and optimize prompts for AI-driven functionalities.

In addition, the Systems Analyst will be responsible for:

  • Creating rough screen layouts using spreadsheet tools or design software like Sketch, Figma, or similar tools.
  • Ensuring designs align with user experience (UX) principles and stakeholder expectations.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Systems Analyst or similar role focusing on ERP systems.
  • Demonstrated experience in creating screen layouts and testing plans for ERP applications.

Furthermore, the candidate should possess:

  • A foundational understanding of AI technologies and their applications in ERP systems.
  • Experience with large language model (LLM) prompt creation and optimization is a significant advantage.

The Systems Analyst will also be expected to:

  • Actively participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Break down epics into user stories and ensure their readiness for development teams.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience in Agile processes; certifications like Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or PMI-ACP are a plus.
  • Ability to lead scrum meetings a plus.

Communication and Collaboration

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience collaborating with international teams, specifically US-based personnel.
