Job Title:

Senior AI Infrastructure Specialist



As a seasoned leader in data and artificial intelligence (AI), you will spearhead the development of our cutting-edge AI streams. You will be an expert not only in technical aspects but also a strategic thinker who can guide projects from conception to production. Your background should showcase your ability to design, develop, and deploy robust and scalable AI systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and lead the architecture of highly scalable and reliable data platforms and AI systems, including foundational data pipelines, data lakes, and real-time data streams.
  • Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of machine learning models, from experimentation, feature engineering, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance in a production environment (MLOps).
  • Act as a technical lead, guiding junior engineers, establishing best practices, and conducting code reviews to ensure high-quality and efficient code.
  • Collaborate closely with client teams to comprehend requirements and translate them into a clear technical vision and roadmap.
  • Stay current with advancements in AI, large language models (LLMs), machine learning, and data engineering to introduce new technologies and methodologies that enhance capabilities.


Requirements:
  • Hands-on experience in AI/ML and data engineering is essential.
  • Proven experience designing and implementing scalable AI systems in a production environment is necessary, along with a deep understanding of MLOps principles and tools.
  • Proficiency in modern data platforms and tools, such as Databricks, Snowflake, Apache Spark, Flink, Airflow, and Kafka, is required.
  • A strong command of at least one major ML framework, like TensorFlow or PyTorch, is necessary.
  • Experience with large language models (LLMs) and other generative AI technologies is a significant plus.
  • Exposure to LLMs like Open AI, Claude, Gemini, and frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, LangSmith, LangFlow is beneficial.
  • Expert-level proficiency in at least one key programming language, such as Python, Scala, or Java, is essential.
