Exciting Career Opportunity: Generative AI Engineer

  • The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and developing AI models, including creating architectures, algorithms, and frameworks for generative AI.
  • A strong understanding of large language models (LLMs) and other AI technologies, such as LangChain, Haystack, and prompt engineering, is required.
  • Data preprocessing and analysis to prepare data for use in AI models is a crucial aspect of this role.
  • Collaboration with data scientists, product managers, and other stakeholders is essential for success in this position.
  • Testing and deploying AI models, evaluating model performance, and deploying them to production environments requires a high degree of technical expertise.
  • Maintenance and optimization of AI models to track performance, identify issues, and optimize models for better results are also key responsibilities.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong programming skills in Python, the preferred language for AI development.
  • In-depth knowledge of generative AI, natural language processing (NLP), and LLMs, understanding the principles behind these technologies and how to use them effectively.
  • Experience with RAG pipelines and vector databases, understanding how to build and use retrieval-augmented generation pipelines.
  • Familiarity with AI frameworks and libraries, such as LangChain, Haystack, and open-source libraries.
  • Understanding of prompt engineering and tokenization, optimizing prompts and managing tokenization.
  • Experience in integrating and fine-tuning AI models, deploying and maintaining AI models in production environments.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
