Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to assume a role focused on reviewing, negotiating, and managing contracts with various stakeholders. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of contractual agreements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and negotiate IT contracts related to the Americas (US, Canada, LATAM)
  • Coordinate with procurement, business, and delivery functions for transaction closure
  • Work with other legal team members to achieve collective goals
  • Prepare monthly reports on transactions received in a given month
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess excellent contract negotiation skills, strong analytical abilities, and effective communication skills. They should also have experience working with internal and external clients to structure, prepare, and finalize agreements.

  • Major Experience in Contract Negotiation is required
  • Review and Negotiate Customer Agreements
  • Experience in negotiating IT Outsourcing contracts and other types of IT contracts with customers
